How Claims Hut will help you
We offer our free case audit in order to ascertain whether you have a valid case, before you decide whether you wish to make a claim. The service is completely free of charge and you are under no obligation to pursue a claim once this free audit has been completed. You can cancel this free audit at any time, at no cost, nor are you obliged to subsequently pursue a claim.
We will contact the appropriate third party to obtain copies of documentation relating to your case, where necessary and possible. You may need to provide identity documents to allow us to do this. As part of this audit we may also carry out a soft credit search to verify your finance details, where necessary. This will not affect your credit score in any way.
Once the free audit is complete, we will contact you with the results and provide our findings to you. You then may decide how you would like proceed.
We may advise that your case is more suited to litigation and may be better placed with one of our partner law firms, depending on the nature and complexity of the case. If so, we will contact you to discuss this and obtain your consent to pass any information to them. In this case, the partner law firms Terms and Conditions and Fees will apply and they will send those to you directly to read, sign and return to them.
You do not have to pay us anything, we will receive payment from our third-party law firms/solicitors for referring your case to them. The claims hut is not in any way responsible for the advice given or other work undertaken on your behalf by these third-party firms.
